What should I expect to happen during an Energy Therapy Session?
It is best not to have any expectations but instead to allow whatever shows up and let go of that which is ready to be released. The healing session takes 60 minutes. It is ideal to lie down during the session, relax, eyes closed and clear the mind from thought as best you can. That is just allow yourself to be. Resting, relaxing, allowing the body to release. Common things which are experienced during a healing session are as follows. This is by no means an exhaustive list and please remember that everyone is unique.
- Feelings of calm and peacefulness

- Seeing lights, colors
- Feeling tired or energized
- Falling asleep
- Emotional Release
- Buzzing or tremors
What is the difference between an energy therapy session with the energy of source and Reiki healing?
Source energy is a finer energy to that of Reiki energy. It is a higher vibration and dimensional healing modality all together! All healing energy is Universal healing frequency but differs in the strength and vibration that comes through. This healing system is brought now to mankind to assist in the energetic shifts that are occurring within the Universe. Is this the next Reiki? Some say it is but it is preferred to allow it to be that which it is, Universal healing energy to uplift and rejuvenate mankind. Source energy is multi-dimensional healing and the frequency of which alters with that of the Universal healing vibrations. It is not a fixed energy healing system, as there are no limitations within the frequency.
Is one session enough?
It is important to know that the Energy Therapy Sessions have a cumulative effect. The Energy Therapy Sessions and the Diet Guidance Sessions build on one another as changes occur and your body heals. Unfortunately at this point in our human history things rarely shift completely overnight so to speak, they take time. So how long it takes is highly individual, we are all different. Remember to that it is not always up to us 100% of the time. There is our individual timing, but there is also universal timing. Having said all that know that it is my intention to empower you as much as possible so you will not be dependent on me or anyone else when it comes to your health. In fact your participation and willingness to take responsibility for your own health are key in this process.

What if I don’t feel anything/detect anything is happening during an Energy Therapy Session?
You don’t have to feel anything for something to be happening. This type of healing is different than what you may be used to. It doesn’t work in a linear fashion. For example you may not feel anything during the session but sometime later notice that something has shifted or changed. Or you could have insights or realizations or synchronisities that occur. Or the next right thing for you could be brought into your life. We don’t know how source is going to work with us. Each one of us is different. It is all about surrendering and trusting. Source only works with us in our highest and best way. The energy continues to work with you even after the session is over. This energy increases and raises your frequency and vibration. Things continue to unfold and evolve in your life.
What if I fall asleep during an Energy Therapy Session?
This is very common and is perfectly fine. If you find yourself falling asleep do not struggle against doing so. It is helping you to fully surrender and let go and be open to allowing what is taking place. It doesn’t mean that you are not getting any benefit or you missed something. You are still getting exactly what you need. Let it be okay to fall asleep and know that it is perfect and happening as it is supposed to. The key is to not resist but to surrender and allow.
How do I prepare for an Energy Therapy Session?
It is important to be well hydrated because water acts as a conduit for energy thus allowing the energy to flow more easily through you. For the 24 hours prior to your session make sure to drinks lots of water. Also don’t eat a heavy meal just prior to your session. Having a full stomach can make you feel uncomfortable and detract from your ability to relax and surrender completely to the energy.
What happens after an Energy Therapy Session?
The energy continues to work with you even after the session is over. This energy increases and raises your frequency and vibration. Things continue to unfold and evolve in your life. What this looks like is unique to each individual.
What do you mean by source?
What I mean by source is the all intelligent energy from which we all come. Some people like to use different terms depending on their up bringing or religious back round. I don’t have a particular belief structure or religion so I prefer to use the term source.
How long will it take for me to heal?
Of course there is no way for me to predict this. But there are a couple of important things to know about bodies in general. The first is that most bodies prefer to heal slowly. Quick fixes don’t create a foundation of health that the body can grow on. The second is that bodies vary in the way they heal. What the mind thinks is a major problem, like acne, may be way down on the body’s list of what need to be healed first. Eventually the body will correct most problems, given enough nutrients and enough time.
The diet that you design for me, will I have to eat that same diet the rest of my life?
No absolutely not!! As you move through this process and healing occurs more and more foods will be able to be added in.
Do I have to be really sick or have a disease to benefit from what you offer?
No, anyone can benefit.
Will I lose weight on the diet plan?
The major reasons for out of balance weight problems, in descending order, are: 1) Vitamin and mineral deficiencies, which cause overeating, 2) Eating indigestible foods, 3) Lack of exercise, 4) Overeating from emotions. Weight levels begin to balance themselves out as each problem is addressed. A five to fifteen pound weight loss can come from taking out indigestible foods and providing needed daily vitamin and mineral levels. If excess weight doesn’t just melt away don’t get discouraged. Excess weight is an indicator of imbalance that you are working on bringing into balance. Remember you didn’t get out of balance overnight and you won’t get back into balance overnight. Sometimes it takes months to bring the body into a balanced state. For some, high body weight won’t shift until certain vitamins and minerals are brought out of deficient levels.
Are you a naturopathic doctor and/or do you practice naturopathic medicine?
My background is as a medical doctor trained in practicing evidence based medicine. Naturopathy or naturopathic medicine is a type of alternative medicine that utilizes a variety of natural treatments such as herbs, homeopathy, nutritional medicine, diet and lifestyle counseling helping to create a healing internal and external environment. I do believe in facilitating the body’s innate ability to heal and maintain optimal health. I take a holistic approach and combine the wisdom of the body and nature with the rigors of modern science and evidence based medicine.
What do you mean by holistic physician?
I believe in order to achieve optimal health and wellness the whole person must be considered body, mind, emotions, spirit. I believe a person is responsible for his or her own health and well being and I strive to empower them to be able to achieve this. I operate under the principles; that bodies have innate healing abilities, patients are people not diseases, treatment involves fixing the root cause of the condition, not just alleviating the symptoms.
